          4. Send County any required insurance renewal information. 
          5. Spring Trap Shoot.

2.  Execute Range Maintenance Day(s).
3.  Select raffle prizes and order tickets for August picnic   
4.  Name Chairman for picnic.

1.  Appoint candidate recruiter.

3.  Phone tree and notice about annual picnic.
August
1.  Approve final budget

September
1.  Prepare Turkey Shoot advertisements. 
2.  Candidate statements for members running for Officers or Directors. Publish in Powder and on Web site. 75 words of less. 
October
1.  Open nominations for Officers and Directors.  
2.  Select raffle prizes and order tickets for Annual Dinner.   
November 
1.  Review grants for Friends of NRA.
2.  Annual review of all grants. 
3.  Name Chairman for Annual Dinner.
4.  Thanksgiving Turkey Shoot 
5.  Continue Nominations.
6.  Publish date and information about the Annual Dinner in the newsletter. 
December 
1.  Hold final nominations, 2 minutes to give statements, hold elections. 
2.  Christmas Turkey Shoot.
3.  Pay post office box rental. 
4.  Request all RSO’s turn in monies collected remaining for year. Publish request in newsletter. 
5.  Publish reminder in newsletter about Annual Dinner / Setup phone tree.
